STRAWBERY BIRTHDAY CAKE MACARONS

Makes 30

Macarons
300g almond flour
300g powdered sugar
110g liquefied egg whites (see below)
300g caster sugar
75g water
110g liquefied egg whites
2 drops pink food gel
1 tsp strawberry essence
100s and 1000s sprinkles (caviar sprinkles)

Birthday cake
215g flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
132g sugar
187ml milk
65ml oil
60g butter
1tbsp yogurt
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup confetti sprinkles

Frosting
1 batch Swiss meringue frosting
