Pour the orange juice into the blender2. Peel the banana and break it in half with your hands then drop it in too3. Add the 5 strawberries, 7 or 8 raspberries and 3 medium scoops of ice cream (or yoghurt)4. Blend this together for a few minutes, or until all the ingredients are mixed well5. Turn off the blender…and you’re all done!HOW TO SERVE1. Pour the yummy mixture into a clear glass 2. Put a small cut in the bottom of the leftover strawberry3. Slide it onto the slide of the glassVINCENZO’S TIP: You can even pour this into shot glasses and share them with friends or family for the perfect partner to a warm dessert during the Summer months.
