Ingredients
Boiled vermicelli: 250 grams
Boiled soya nuggets (medium-sized): 1 cup
Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 - 3 tablespoons
Grated ginger: 1 teaspoon
Finely chopped garlic: 2 cloves
Chopped spring onion: 3 tablespoons
Grated carrot: 2 tablespoons
Diced red bell peppers: 1 tablespoon
Diced yellow bell peppers: 1 tablespoon
Oil: 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste

Method of preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic. Saute it for a minute
Add red and yellow bell peppers, carrot and Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup to the mixture
Now add spring onion, boiled vermicelli and soya nuggets. Mix it properly and season with salt.
