Spread the love! :)Ingredients:3-4 cups water1 tbsp Salt5-6 Beans, chopped5-6 Green Peas, pealed 1 carrot, chopped1/2 Cauliflower1 bunch of Broccoli, chopped2 tsp Oil1/2 inch ginger, chopped4-5 garlic, chopped1 onion, chopped2-3 spring onion bulbs, chopped2 tbsp Ching's Veg Manchurian Masala2-3 spring onion leaves, choppedMethod:Add some water and salt in a pan and leave it to boil.Once the water starts boiling, add beans, green peas, carrot & cauliflower and leave it in there till they get cooked. Remove them in a bowl and leave it aside. In the same water add broccoli flowers and let it boil in the water for 2 mins.In a separate pan add oil, ginger & garlic and saute it.Then add onions, spring onion bulbs & the boiled vegetables and mix it well.Then add the boiled broccoli to the vegetables in the pan.Mix the vegetable well in the pan.Then add the Ching's Veg Manchurian Masala in the pan and mix in such a way that all veggies get coated with the masala.Lastly add the spring onion leaves and mix it againStir Fry Veggies are ready!
