A quick, easy and simple stir-fry made with fresh radish pods to make sure you make the most of this Winter season!STIR FRIED MOONGREIngredients300 grams red and green fresh radish pods (moongre), cut into 3 inch piecesSalt to taste1½ tbsps oil6-8 garlic cloves, sliced½ inch ginger, cut into thin strips2 green chillies, slit1 large onion, slicedWhite pepper powder to taste1 tsp light soy sauce½ tsp sugar1 tsp white vinegar2 tsps chopped fresh coriander leavesToasted white sesame seeds to sprinkleMethod1. Boil sufficient water in a deep nonstick pam. Add salt, radish pods and blanch for 2 minutes.2. Transfer in chilled water so as to avoid excess cooking.3. Heat oil in a nonstick wok. Add garlic and sauté till golden brown. Add ginger, green chillies and onion and sauté on high heat for 2 minutes.4. Drain the blanched radish pods and add to the pan. Add salt, white pepper powder, light soy sauce and sugar and mix well. Cook for 1 minute.5. Switch off the heat and add vinegar, coriander leaves and mix well.6.
