Stir-fried Chicken and Avocado with Mayo-soy sauce
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
1 Chicken thigh
1 Avocado
1/2 Onion
A Grated garlic (to taste)
A 1 1/2 tablespoon Ponzu soy sauce
A 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
A 1/4 teaspoon Wasabi
A 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
1/3 teaspoon Salt
Black pepper (to taste)
Leaf lettuce (as needed)

PREPARATION
1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and black pepper. Slice the onion. Cut the avocado into 1.5 cm squares. In a bowl mix A ingredients.

2. In a frying pan heat the sesame oil in medium heat, place the chicken skin down and cook on high heat for 2 minutes. When the skin is slightly browned turn the chicken over, add the onions and fry on medium heat for 5 minutes.Once the onions have softened add A mix and stir-fry.

3. When the liquids are almost gone, add avocado, give it a stir and cook lightly.

4. Put lettuce in a bowl, place (3) on top and sprinkle with black pepper.

5. Enjoy!
