Steaming Hot Mutton Dalcha With Ghee TemperingINGREDIENTS:Oil - As RequiredMutton - 500 gmsWhole garam masala - 2 tspGarlic - 10 clovesGinger (crushed) - 1 pieceChana dal - ¼ cupTuvar dal - ½ cupTurmeric powder - ½ tspEggplant - 300 gmsMango - 1 noDrumstick - 2 noOnion - 1 noTomatoes - 2 nos.Mint leaves - 1 bunchCoriander leaves - 1 bunchChilli powder - 1 tspWater - As RequiredGhee - 3 tspCumin seeds - 1 tspFenugreek seeds - ½ tspCurry leaves - 2 springsSalt - To TasteDIRECTIONS:Heat oil in a pan, add mutton pieces fry them , till they turn into golden brown color. Then add whole garam masala, garlic, crushed ginger, soaked chana dal, toor dal, turmeric powder, eggplant pieces, mango, drumstick, onions, tomatoes, mint leaves, coriander leaves, chilli powder, and add water cook till they are soft. Heat ghee in a pan,add cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, onions, salt & saute it for brown in color and transfer the meat mixer cook it some more time. Then switch off the flame.
