Steamed Shellfish
Servings: 2 to 3

INGREDIENTS
Scallops, as needed
Oysters, as needed
Mussels, as needed
Turban shells, as needed
A
3 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons sake
Soy sauce, as you like

PREPARATION
1. Rinse well all shellfish with water.

2. Place all shellfish (1) on an electric skillet. Add water and sake into the skillet.

3. Cook for 10 minutes with a lid on.

4. Enjoy!
