Boil them for 10-12 mins making sure water does not enter aluminum foil.4. Now take them out of the pot and let them cool at room temperature.5. Remove the gola kabab from aluminum foil and skewers.Note: Can be frozen for up to 1 month6. In pan heat oil and add steamed gola kabab. Fry them for 1-2 mins.7. Turn off flame and place heated coal pieces in aluminum cup. Drizzle oil and cover with lid. Smoke for 1-2 mins.8.
