चना दाल इडली के लिये आवश्यक सामग्री
Ingredients for Chana Dal Idli
चना दाल - Gram Dal - 1/2 Cup, 100 ग्राम
चावल - Rice - 1/2 Cup, 100 ग्राम
दही - Curd - 1/2 cup
शिमला मिर्च - Capsicum - 1/4 Cup, finely chopped
गाजर - Carrot - 1/4 Cup, finely chopped
टमाटर - Tomato - 1/4 Cup, finely chopped
अदरक- Ginger - 1/2 inch, grated
हरी मिर्च - Green Chilli - 2, finely chopped
नमक - Salt - Less than 1 tsp
तेल - Oil - 2 tsp
सरसों - Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
उड़द दाल - Black Gram - 1/2 tsp
करी पत्ता - Curry Leaves - 10-15 nos, chopped
ईनो साल्ट - Eno Fruit Salt -3/4 tsp

For Chutney
मूगंफली - Peanut - 1/4 Cup, roasted
ताजा नारियल - Coconut - 1/2 Cup, grated
हरी मिर्च - Green Chilli - 2 no
नमक - Salt - 1/2 tsp
नींबू- Lemon - 1, small size
तेल - Oil - 1 tsp
सरसों - Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tsp
करी पत्ता - Curry Leaves - 6-7 no
लाल मिर्च - Dry Red Chilli - 1
