Sprout Tokri Chaat with Hung Curd Frosting
Ingredients:

Tokri Dough Preparation :
Wheat flour(Aata) – 3/4th cup
Rice flour – 1/4th cup
Salt – 1/4th tsp
carom seeds(Ajwain) – 1/4th tsp
Melted ghee – 3 tsp
Water – 1/4th cup 2 to 3 tbsp

Sprouts Filling:
Boiled Sprouts - 1 cup
Onions - 1 /4th cup chopped
Tomato - 2 tbsp chopped
Pomegranate seeds - 2 tbsp
Chaat masala -1 tsp
Roasted jeera powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Green Chutney - 1 tbsp
Tamarind chutney - 2 tbsp
Coriander - 2 tbsp chopped

Hung curd frosting :
Hung curd - 1 cup
Powdered sugar - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Piping bag
Star Nozzle

Garnishing :
Nylon Sev
Pomegranate seeds
Mint leaves

Instructions :
1. Mix all the dough ingredients and prepare a medium soft dough. Rest the dough for 30 mins.
2. After 30 mins, knead the dough and cut in equal parts and make lemon-sized balls.
3. Roll each ball and give impressions with a fork. Make tokri shapes using a mini cake tin.
4. Preheat the Balzano Airfryer using by turning the knob pointing to P.
5. Then, set the temperature @180* degrees for 10 mins.
6. Place the Tokris.
7. After 8 mins, check the tokris and Air fry accordingly.
8. Once the tokris turn crisp & golden brown, take them out. Cool completely.
9. In a bowl, mix all the sprouts filling. Fill the tokris with the sprouts filling.
10. For hung curd frosting, mix all the ingredients and whisk till smooth. Fill the frosting in a piping bag for frosting.
11. Pipe the frosting on the sprout tokris.
12. Garnish with pomegranate seeds, nylon sev and mint leaves.
13. Enjoy these delicious healthy sprouts tokri chaat.
