Scrumptious paranthas stuffed with the goodness of sprouts.SPROUTS PARANTHA (Served - 4)Ingredients1 cup moong sproutsReady-made whole wheat flour dough, made with 1½ cups flour2 green chillies, roughly chopped1 inch ginger, roughly choppedSalt to tasteWhole wheat flour for dustingGhee as requiredYogurt to serveMethod1. In a food process, add moong sprouts, green chillies, ginger, salt, and process it a coarse paste. Transfer it into a bowl and set aside.2. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into balls. Dip each ball with whole wheat flour and roll slightly, stuff with a portion of the prepared stuffing. Flatten it and roll them into paranthas.3. Heat a non-stick tawa, cook both sides for 1-2 minutes and apply ghee on each side.4. Serve hot along with yogurt.
