SPROUTS PANEER & BADAM TIKKIS
(HEALTHY PROTEIN TIKKIS)

Ingredients :
Sprouts – 1 cup
Green chilli – 1
Ginger – 1 tsp
Cottage cheese(paneer) – 2 cups
Almonds – 1/4th cup coarsely crushed
Spinach – 1/4th cup chopped
Coriander – 1/4th cup chopped
Oats flour/wheat flour – 1 tbsp
Gram flour/besan – 1 tbsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
Black pepper – 1/4th tsp
Oil for roasting tikkis
