Mash the sweet potato in a bowl. Add red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala, 2 tbsps chopped onion, chopped coriander and mix sprouts. Mix till well combined. 2. For one portion, place 8 papadis on a plate, top each with a portion of the prepared potato mixture.3.
