Spiralized Salad
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
1 broccoli
1 carrot
1/3 daikon

Lettuce, as needed
Red kidney beans, as needed
Olives, as needed
Mozzarella cheese, as needed
Chicken salad, as needed

Your favorite dressing, as needed
Black pepper, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Remove the broccoli florets. Peel the broccoli stem. With a spiral cutter, cut the stem.

2. Cut the carrot and the daikon into smaller pieces. With a spiral cutter, cut the carrot and the daikon.

3. Cook the spiralized vegetables (1) (2) and broccoli florets in hot water for a few minutes. Cool the vegetables with cold water and drain well.

4. Put cooked vegetables (3) and all of the ingredients A on a plate.

5. Pour your favorite dressing over the salad (4). Add some black pepper on top.
