METHOD FOR MAKING OMELETTE
Heat a pan and 1 teaspoon oil. Add 1/2 cup onions and fry till they change colour. Add chopped spinach leaves and let it boil. Add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix. Fry for a minute and let the cooked spinach cool down. To a mixing bowl, add 4 eggs and beat them. Add 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, coriander leaves, previously prepared cooked spinach mixture and mix. Let's see how to make an omelette: Heat a pan and spray about 1/2 teaspoon of oil as shown. More oil also could be added. Add the required egg-spinach mixture. Clase the lid and cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes. Flip the omelette once it turns light brown.
