Quick and easy recipe of how to make spinach nachos and tomato salsa. A must try !SPINACH NACHOS WITH SALSAIngredients1 cup refined flour (maida) + for dusting½ cup maize flour (makai atta)¼ cup spinach puree1 tablespoon oil ¼ teaspoon turmeric powderSalt to tasteSalsa 1 medium tomato, finely chopped1 small onion, finely chopped1-2 green chillies, finely chopped2-3 tablespoons tomato puree1 teaspoon chopped fresh coriander leavesFew drops Tabasco Juice of ½ lemonSalt to tasteMethod1. Mix together 1 cup refined flour, maize flour, oil, turmeric powder, spinach puree and salt in a bowl. Add sufficient water and knead into a semi-stiff dough. Cover with cling film and set aside for 5-10 minutes.2. Preheat oven to 180° C.3. To prepare salsa, mix together tomato, onion, green chillies, tomato puree, coriander leaves, Tabasco, lemon juice and salt in a bowl. Refrigerate it. 4. Divide the dough into equal portions. Dust the worktop with some refined flour and roll out each portion into thin disc. 5. Prick each disc using a fork, cut into thick strips and further into triangles. 6. Place the triangles on a baking tray. Put the tray into the preheated oven and bake for 5-10 minutes.7. Serve with salsa.
