phool makhana is a lotus seed if they fried becomes crispy then tossed with some fruits and veggies by sprinkling some masalas it make it chatpata this is a evening snack dish like every one.

Ingredients:
Oil 2 tb
Phool makhana 100 g
Cashew nuts 150 g
Paneer 250 g
Turmeric ¼ ts
Salt
Chat masala 1 ts
Amchoor powder 1 ts
Jeera powder 1 ts
Red chilly powder 2 tb
Green chilly 3 n
Onions 1 n
Bell pepper 1 n
Pine apple pieces ½ c
Grapes ½ c
Tomato 2 n
Grated coconut 2 tb


Directions:
Heat some oil in a pan and fry the phool makhana, keep it aside,
In the same oil add cashew nuts, and add paneer, sauté them, add turmeric, salt, chat masala, amchoor powder, jeer powder, red chilly powder add slit green chilly, onions, bell pepper, mix it and add pine apple, grapes, and tomato, grated coconut (optional) mix it well and switch off the flame and add phool makhana and toss them, and add chopped mint, chopped coriander, lemon juice.

Serve this hot with roti.
