Learn how to make Spicy Portuese Fish Curry at home, a simple delicious fish recipe by India Food Network. Roopa makes this fish curry to impress her guests at the costume parties she hosts.

Ingredients:

King Fish
Salt
Turmeric
Cumin Seeds
Garlic Cloves
Mustard Seeds
Cloves
Dried Red Chillies
Vinegar
Water
Oil
Onion

Method:

- Cut the King Fish into pieces.
- Add salt, turmeric powder and leave it to marinate.
- Take cumin seeds, garlic cloves, mustard seeds, cloves and dried red chillies. Grind this into a paste with vinegar and water.
- Take a pot and pour some oil.
- Once the oil heats up, add onion and allow it to brown.
- Add the paste and let the oil separate.
- Add water and let it cook for 2-3 minutes so it comes to a boil.
- Slip in the fish pieces and carefully turn it around.
- Let it cook for a few minutes on both sides and serve!
