5 SCOTCH RED BONNETS
4 LONG CHILI
10 YELLOW PEPPERS
4-5 GREEN SCOTCH BONNETS
1 FAT BIG GINGER
2 GARLIC HEADS
3/4 - 1 CUP DRYFISH (CRAYFISH)100g
3 KNOR CUBES IN TOTAL
2 1/2 CUPS PALMOIL. (REDUCE ITS YOUR CHOICE)
1/2 CUP SUNFLOWER OIL
