Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add cumin and mustard seeds. Give them 30 secs. 2. Add green chilli and garlic. After about a min, add onions.3. Add salt, red chilli pwd and turmeric.4. Fry for 3-4 mins. Add mushrooms and Paneer and mix well. Cook for 2-3 mins.5. Add tomatoes and let them become tender. Add Garam masala and cilantro and serve hot with Roti or Naan.
