2 cups Thai basil (Holy Basil)
2 tbsp All-purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
2 cups Vegetable oil for deep frying
2 tbsp Cooking oil for stir fry
1/4 cup Red curry paste
2 tbsp Fish sauce
2 tsp Palm sugar
1/4 cup Chicken broth or waterwater
1/4 cup Fingerroot (Krachai),sliced
1/4 cup Big red Chili, sliced
1/4 cup Kaffir Lime leaves, torn
