Fried Fish Damra

Ingredients for Soaked Fish:
Fish (Damra) 1 kg
Vinegar 3 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Water as required
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Fish Marination:
Soaked Fish 1 kg
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Gram flour 1 cup
Egg 1
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Coriander seeds (crushed) 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds (crushed) 1 tbsp
Carom seeds (crushed) 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Tamarind pulp 1/4 cup
All-purpose flour 2 tbsp

Directions for Fried Fish:
Marinated Fish
Oil (for frying) as required

Directions for Soaked Fish Preparation:
1. In a bowl add water, ginger garlic paste, salt, vinegar and mix it well. Add fish and soak for 10-15 mins.
Directions for Fish Marination:
2. In a bowl add soaked fish, gram flour, all-purpose flour, lemon juice, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, egg, ginger garlic paste, coriander seeds crushed, cumin seeds crushed, chaat masala, carom seeds crushed, tamarind pulp and coat the fish well. Refrigerate it for 3-4 hours.
Directions for Fried Fish Preparation:
3. In a deep pot add oil and deep fry the marinade fish for 3-4 mins or until its fully done.
4. Your Fried Damra Fish is ready. Serve and enjoy.

Fried Fish Damra

Bheegoi hui machli ke ajza:
Machli (Damra) 1 kg
Sirka 3 khanay ka chamach
Namak 1 chaye ka chamach
Pani hasb e zarurat
Adrak lehsan paste 1 khanay ka chamach

Machli ki marination ke ajza:
Bheegoi hui machli 1 kg
Nimbu ka rass 2 khanay ke chamach
Namak 1 chaye ka chamach
Laal mirch powder 1 chaye ka chamach
Haldi powder 1 chaye ka chamach
Adrak lehsan paste 1 chaye ka chamach
Besan 1 cup
Anda 1
Kuti laal mirch 1 khanay ka chamach
Sabut dhaniya (kuta huwa) 1 khanay ka chamach
Zeera (kuta huwa) 1 khanay ka chamach
Ajwain (kuti huwi) 1/2 chaye ka chamach
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Ilmi ka guda cup
Maida 2 khanay ke chamach

Tali hui machli ki tarkeeb:
Marinate ki hui machli
Tail (Talnay k liye) hasb e zarurat


Bheegoi hui machli ki tayari:
1. Aik pyalay me pani, adrak lehsan ka paste, namak or sirka daal k achi tarhan mix kren.ismay.Machli ko 10-15mins k liye bhego den.
Machli ko marinate krnay ki tarkeeb:
2. Aik pyalay me bheegoi hui machli, besan, maida, nimbu ka juice, namak, laal mirch powder, haldi powder, anda,adrak lehsan paste, kutta sabat dhaniya, kutta zeera, chaat masala, ajwine or ilmi ka guda daal kr macli pe achi tarhan laga den or 3-4 ghantay k liye freezer me rakh den.
Fried fish tayar karnay ki tarkeeb:
3. Aik gehray bartan me tail dalen or marinate ki hui machli ko 3-4 mins k liye deep fry karen yan phir tab tak jab tak puri tarhan se pak na jaye
4. Apki damra fish tayaar hai. Serve kren or lutf uthayen.

Tayari ka waqt: 4-5 ghantay (bheegona or marination mila k)
Pakanay ka waqt: 5-10 mins
