Chicken bananay ke ajza:
Chicken legs (8-7)
Adrak lehsan ka paste 1 khanay ka chamach
Laal mirch powder 1 khanay ka chamach
Paprika powder aik khanay ka chamach
Dhaniya powder aik khanay ka chamach
Namak hasb-e-zaiqa
Nimbu ka ras 2 khanay ke chamach
Khanay ka tail (grill krnay ke liye) 2 khanay ke chamach

Masala chicken legs bananay ke ajza:
Khanay ka tail 1/4 cup
Pyaaz (katti hui) 1 cup
Kutti laal mirchen 1 khanay ka chamach
Pani 1 cup
Grilled chicken legs

Tarkeeb:
1. Chicken bananay ke liye aik bowl me chicken legs, adrak lehsan ka paste, laal mirch powder, paprika powder, dhania powder, namak or nimbu ka ras daal kar 20-25 mins ke liye marinate krnay ke liye side rakh den.
2. Ab pehlay garam pan me brush ki madad se khanay ka tail laga kar marinate kiye huway chicken legs rakhen. Or har tarf se 2-3 mins tak pakayen.
3. Masala chicken legs bananay ke liye aik patili me khanay ka tail garam kar ke is me katti hui pyaaz, kutti laal mirchen daal kar 1 minute tak pakayen. Ab is me pani daal kar mazed 1-minute tak pakayen.
4. Ab is me chicken legs daal kar achi tarhan mix karen or dhakan se dhak kar 15-20 mins ke liye pakayen.
5. Masala chicken legs tayar hain.

Masala Chicken Legs

Ingredients for Chicken Preparation:
Chicken leg pieces (7-8)
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Paprika powder 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Oil (for grilling) 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Masala Chicken Legs:
Oil 1/4 cup
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Water 1 cup
Grilled chicken legs

Directions for Chicken Preparation:
1. In a bowl add chicken leg pieces, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, paprika powder, coriander powder, salt, lemon juice and marinate the chicken well. Let it rest for 20-25 mins.
2. On a preheated grill pan brush oil and place marinated chicken legs. Cook each side for 2-3 mins. Set aside.

3. In a pot heat oil and add onion, red chili flakes. Cook for a min.
4. Add water and let it simmer for a minute.
5. Now add grilled chicken legs and mix it well. Cover and cook for 15-20 mins.
6. Your Masala chicken legs are ready. Serve and enjoy.
