Spaghetti Meatballs Ingredients:
Meatballs
500gms of minced chicken
oregano
parsley
1tbsp of sweet paprika powder
grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
2 eggs
200gms of breadcrumbs
oil
Spaghetti

Method:

Meatballs
- To make the spaghetti balls, take a bowl and add minced chicken, oregano, parsley, sweet paprika powder, grated Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and mix it all
- Then add whisked eggs mix it all together and finally add breadcrumbs and mix properly.
- Oil your hands and take about a tablespoon of chicken mince and roll it to form a meatball.
- In a pan add oil and once it's heated, fry the meatballs from all the sides until they turn golden brown.
- When the meatballs are cooked properly, place them on an absorbent paper
- Add the meatballs to the marinara sauce and let it cook for sometime
- In a pot boil some water add salt and oil to it, once it is boiled add the spaghetti without breaking it
- Once it cools down add in cold water, drain it and apply some oil to it.
- Once done, place the meatballs on the spaghetti and top it up with grated Parmesan cheese.
-Spaghetti Meatballs are ready to be served.
