Soy Salted Caramel Sauce | The Dumpling Sisters

In our upcoming cookbook we have a whole chapter devoted to desserts, because we're keen to show y'all that Chinese people love desserts too!

One of our favourite ways to incorporate a key Chinese ingredient into a sweet delight is by subbing in soy sauce for salt in a salted caramel sauce. This was so tasty that we devoured a whole tub of ice cream once the camera stopped rolling(!)
