Southern Masala prawns BiryaniTake a mixie jar add whole garam masalaAdd 1 tsp of pepperAdd 2 pinches of fenugreek seedsAdd 1 tsp of cumin seedsAdd 1 tsp of coriander seedsAdd 2 sprigs of curry leavesAnd grind in to fine powderTake a bowl add 1tsp of grinded masala powderAdd 1 cup of prawnsAdd ½ tsp of turmeric powderAdd some saltAdd 1 tsp of red chilli flakesAdd 1 tsp of coconut oil and mix it well.Add this mixture in to a hot pan And roast for 2 minutes.Take another pan add waterAdd 1 tsp of oilAdd ½ tsp of saltAdd 3 cups of soaked basmati riceAnd cook it.In another pan add 1 tb spn of coconut oilAdd 1 cup of sliced onionsAdd 1 tsp of ginger & garlicAdd pinch of lemon zestAdd some saltAdd 4 green chilliesAdd 2 sprigs of curry leavesAnd mix it.Add 1 tsp of cashew nut pasteAdd 4 tomato slicesAdd 1 tb spn of fried cashew nutsAdd 1 tb spn of raisinsAdd little bit of water and takeHalf of the masala and keep a sideNow add ½ cup of coconut milkAdd 3 cups of boiled riceAdd fried prawnsAdd some brown onionsAdd 1 tsp of chopped coriander leavesAdd some more riceAdd prawns add lime juice And put on lid cook for 5 minutes.Then serve with raita#vahchef
