Ingredients:
For Gulab Jamun balls:
Sooji (fine semolina) -1/2 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Milk powder -2 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder -1/4 tsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Raisins (kismis) - 15 (optional)
Cooking oil/ghee for frying

For syrup:
Sugar - 2 cups
Water - 2 cup
(you can use 1 cup of sugar and one cup of water as well for small quantity)
