25 gm kala pathhar
25 gm bay leaves
250 gm coriander seeds
3 Tbs cumin seeds
4 tbs till
4 tbs rai
14 tukde 1 1/2 inch ke cinnamon
( woh gol wali cinnamon ka istemaal na kare )
30 cloves
20 green cardamoms
5 black cardamoms
1 1/2 tbs shahzeera
3 javitri
100 gm coconut
250 gm fried onions
salt 2 tbs
10 Kashmiri red chilli ( optional )
1/2 kg red chilli powder
