Sol Kadhi is a well popular traditional kokam in coconut milk dish from the western coastal region of India. It is a common dish prepared across Maharashtra, Konkan, and Goa regions. It is made with coconut milk, spiced with some green chillies, sweet and tanginess from kokum and flavored with fresh cilantro. Looks very attractive in a very pleasant pink coloured drink that is served as an appetizer and is very good for digestion!
sol khadi is a kokam with coconut milk and is a great appetizing drink as well can be eaten with rice

Ingredients

1 cup 1 glass of Warm Water ( If using coconut milk & water ,use 1/2 cup of water & 1/2 cup of coconut milk)
0 chopped cilantro
1-2 number green chillies finely chopped
pinch hing (Asafoetida)
8-10 number kokam
2-3 0 pods of crushed garlic
to taste salt
1/2 tsp sugar


Directions:
Soak the kokam in warm water for sometime and than add all the other ingredients ,stir and enjoy with rice or alone after lunch /dinners, it's considered good for digestion.
