Ingredients:
coconut diced 1
Kokum soaked- 14 cup
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
coriander stem 2 - 15.
Green chilli - 2
salt to taste.
water 1 cup.
oil- 1 Tsp
Hing 1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds 1tsp.

Method:
Step 1:Take one diced coconut and grind it. add kokum Soaked, garlic,
Step 2: add coriander stem, green chillies, salt,
Step 3 : Add water and grind.
Step 4: after its girnded properly, you can add some more coconut if you feel like.
Step 5: now you have to sieve the mixture. You have to sieve using Malmal cloth that is fine cotton fabric cloth,
Step 5: place the cloth on a utensil and pour the mixture.
Step 6: Now we need to temper a bit, You can take Pure virgin Coconut Oil, or Normal Oil
Step 7: heat the oil, You will require hing and Mustard seeds for tempering.Coconut oil is preferable to get the better flavor.
Step 8: Temper it
Step 9: mix it well.
step 10: Serve and Enjoy!
