Preheat the oven to 350F (180C).2. Make the dough: In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg, sugar, and milk. Add the pancake mix and whisk until smooth; then add the melted butter and whisk to incorporate.3. Add half of the dough to a separate bowl. Add the red food coloring to one bowl and stir to combine, then add the green food coloring to the other bowl and stir to combine. Transfer the dough to 2 piping bags or zip-top bags with a corner snipped off.4. Grease a 6-ring donut pan with melted butter. Pipe the dough into the pan, making 3 donuts with the green batter and 3 donuts with the red batter.5. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.6. Dip the donuts in the melted white chocolate, then let dry for 30 minutes.7. Make the decorating cream: Add the butter to a medium bowl and beat until creamy. Add the powdered sugar and beat until fluffy. 8. Divide the cream between 4 small bowls. Add the red, green, and purple food coloring to each of 3 bowls and mix to incorporate.
