Snowman Sushi - How To Make Sushi Series | Hiroyuki Terada - Diaries of a Master Sushi Chef

For this Christmas, Master Sushi Chef makes our original Snowman Sushi that's stuffed with everything nice: Crunchy Crab, Spicy Yellowtail and Spicy Tuna. These rice balls are cleverly packed tight and then stacked one on top of each other to resemble a snowman. This is actually an easy recipe to do, but you may need to secure the rice in a tight way. In our case, all we use is fresh sushi rice so it's much harder than say, when you use older rice that may be harder.
