1/2cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated white sugar
1 whole egg
1 tbsp vanilla paste
11/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cream of tartar

Sugar Coating:
4 tbsp granulated white sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon
