Ingredients to make Paneer Tikka:
For pudina marination:
• 1 cup Coriander leaves
• ½ cup Mint leaves
• 2-3 green chilies
• ½ tsp Cumin seeds
• ½ tsp Red chilly powder
• ¼ tsp Garam masala
• ½ tsp Coriander powder
• 11/2 tsp Lemon juice
• 2 tbsp Coconut powder
• 1 tsp Honey
• 6-7 flakes Garlic
• 2-3 tbsp Curd
• 1/2 inch Ginger
• ½ tsp Salt

For stuffing:
• 300-400 grams Paneer
• ¼ cup boiled Sweet corn Kernels
• Salt as per taste
• 2 tsp Coriander leaves, chopped
• 3-4 flakes Garlic, chopped
• 2 tsp Oil
• ¼ cup Onion chopped
• 2 tbsp Curd
• 2 tbsp Processed Cheese
• 2-3 tbsp Paneer grated
• ¼ cup Carrot, grated
• ½ tsp Red chilly powder
• ¼ tsp Garam masala
• 1 tbsp Pudina Marination
• Oil for brushing
• Coal - 1 piece to give a smoky effect
