Ingredients for Chicken Preparation:
Boneless Chicken (Thighs) 700g
Yogurt 1½ cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
Paprika Powder 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Chaat Masala 1/2 tsp
Food Color (red) 1/4 tsp
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Marinated Chicken
Coal + Oil (for smoke)

Ingredients for Gravy:
Oil 1/2 cup
Onion (chopped) ½ cup
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Tomatoes (chopped) 1 cup
Salt ½ tsp or to taste
White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Leftover Marinade 2 tbsp
Water (if needed)
Yogurt ½ cup
Cooked Chicken
Capsicum (sliced) 1/4 cup

Ingredients for Sizzler:
Oil (for brushing) 1/2 tsp
Onion rings as required
Chicken Gravy
Cheese (mozzarella) grated as required
Green Chilies (garnish) as required

Directions for Chicken Preparation:
1. In a bowl add chicken, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, oil, salt, red chili powder, paprika powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala, lemon juice and mix well. Marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
2. In a pan add the marinated chicken, cook until water dries out and chicken is fully done.
3. Turn off flame and give prepared chicken coal smoke for 1 minute. Set aside.
Directions for Gravy Preparation:
4. In a preheated pan. Add oil, saute until soft and translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute.
5. Add tomatoes and cook until soft. Add salt, white pepper and leftover marinade and cook until oil separates.
6. Add yogurt and cook for 5-6 minutes over medium low flame.
7. Add the cooked chicken into this gravy. Add capsicum. Cook for a minute and transfer to a hot sizzler plate.
8. To prepare a hot plate. Place it over fire directly. When hot enough grease with oil and transfer onion rings.
9. Add the prepared chicken over this hot plate. While it sizzles, top with cheese and chilies. Enjoy.
