Full recipe and directions for The Spicy Tomato Dip (Acl Ezme)IngredientsThe Spicy Sauce : tbsp salt tbsp ground isot (Urfa) pepper tbsp ground sumac1 tbsp paprika1 tbsp hot red pepper flakes1 tbsp dried mint2 tbsp pomegranate molasses2 tbsp tomato paste2 tbsp pepper paste6 tbsp olive oil lemons juiceThe Vegetables:4-5 medium-sized tomatoes1 onion4-5 garlic cloves3 red capia peppers bunch of parsleyDirections:THE SPICY SAUCEMix the tbsp of salt, tbsp of ground sumac, tbsp of dried mint, 1 tbsp of paprika, 1 tbsp of hot red pepper flakes, the juice of lemon, 2 tbsp of tomato paste, 2 tbsp of pepper paste, 1 tbsp of pomegranate molasses, and 6 tbsp of olive oil in a bowlThoroughly whisk the ingredients, cover with a lid and set asideTHE VEGETABLESWash the vegetablesDice the onion, mince the garlic cloves and set asideDiscard the stems and the seeds of capia peppers, dice them and set asidePeel the tomatoes, discard the seeds and the jelly bits; then, dice the tomatoes and set aside(!)
