Sinigang na Baboy sa Kamias is a Filipino Pork sinigang version wherein pork belly is cooked in a sour broth using bilimbi, which is locally known in the Philippines as Kamias. This is almost the same as Sinigang sa Sampaloc (http://panlasangpinoy.com/2014/10/24/sinigang-na-liempo-sa-sampaloc-with-taro/), but with a different souring agent in which the latter uses unripe tamarind.
