A delicious sabzi prepared using the healthy drumsticks. Easy to make, simple and healthy too!!

SINGH NU SHAAK

Ingredients

2-3 drumsticks (singh), cut into 1½ inch sticks, peeled and blanched
½ cup gram flour (besan)
1 cup buttermilk
2 tsps oil
½ tsp Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp cumin powder
¾ tsp coriander powder
Salt to taste
Garam masala powder for sprinkling
1 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves
Steamed rice to serve

Method

1. Take gram flour in a bowl, add buttermilk and whisk well.
2. Heat oil in a nonstick pan, add Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, drumsticks and the gram flour mixture, mix well. Add salt, mix well and cook for 5-6 minutes.
3. Add garam masala powder and coriander, mix well and continue to cook for 1-2 minutes.
4. Serve hot with steamed rice.
