Easy to make, simple and healthy too!!SINGH NU SHAAKIngredients2-3 drumsticks (singh), cut into 1½ inch sticks, peeled and blanched½ cup gram flour (besan)1 cup buttermilk2 tsps oil½ tsp Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder1 tsp red chilli powder½ tsp cumin powder¾ tsp coriander powderSalt to tasteGaram masala powder for sprinkling1 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leavesSteamed rice to serveMethod1. Take gram flour in a bowl, add buttermilk and whisk well.2. Heat oil in a nonstick pan, add Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, drumsticks and the gram flour mixture, mix well. Add salt, mix well and cook for 5-6 minutes.3. Add garam masala powder and coriander, mix well and continue to cook for 1-2 minutes. 4.
