Ingredients for chicken:
Chicken boneless strips 1/2 kg
Chili powder 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Paprika 1/2 tsp
Onion powder 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Ketchup 1/2 cup
Water 1 cup
Ingredients for spaghetti:
Noodles 250g
Capsicum (julienne) 1 cup
Cabbage (shredded) 1 cup
Carrot (julienne) 1 cup
Salt to taste
Hot sauce 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Spring onion for garnish
Ingredients for chili mayo sauce:
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Hot sauce 1 tbsp
Ketchup 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Ingredients for rice:
Guard rice 2 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Water as required
Ingredients for noodles:
Noodles 250g
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tsp
Water as required
Ingredients for fried rice:
Guard rice (boiled) 2 cups
Cabbage (chopped) 1 cup
Capsicum (chopped) 1 cup
Carrot (chopped) 1 cup
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Egg 2

Directions:
1. In a pot add water, when it starts simmering add salt, oil, noodles and boil noodles are 80% cooked. Strain and set aside.
2. In a wok add oil, then add carrots, capsicum and cook on high flame for 1 minute. Then add cabbage black pepper, salt, hot sauce, noodles and toss it well for 2 to 3 minutes. Lastly sprinkle green onion and set aside. Your noodles are ready.
3. In a bowl add rice, water and soak for 20 to 25 minutes.
4. Heat oil in a pan, add chicken and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Now add chili powder, salt, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Then add ketchup, water and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until you get glazy sauce. Set aside.
5. Now in a pot add water, when it starts boiling add salt, oil, soaked rice and boil until rice is 80% cooked. Strain and set aside.
6. In a pot heat oil, add egg and scramble them. Then add cabbage, capsicum, carrot, black pepper, salt, soy sauce, boiled rice and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes. Your fried rice is ready.
7. In a bowl add mayonnaise, hot sauce, ketchup, salt, black pepper and give it a good mix. Your sauce is ready.
8. In a platter add fried rice in bottom; top it with noodles and chicken. Then drizzle sauce on top.
9. Garnish with spring onion and your delicious Singaporean rice is ready to serve.

Cooking time: 35-40 minutes
