Hum Jin Pang, located in Maxwell Food Centre, has operated for over 30 years. It is currently run by second generation Ms Li.

The stall sells Hum Chin Peng, which are deep fried dough fritters. There are 2 flavours, sweet and salted, filled with red bean paste and five spice powder () respectively.

The stall stands out for its self-service, an opportunity for a fry-it-yourself experience. Customers are given the chance to fry their own Hum Chim Peng in the stalls gigantic wok, as well as add sugar icing to the fritters to their liking, for a sweeter experience.

Priced at 6 for $1, their dough fritters are probably the cheapest in Singapore. If you would like some sweet, savoury and cheap fritters, Hum Jin Pang is the right place for you!
