Singapore Food Scene 3 MUST TRY Duck Dishes + HERITAGE and INNOVATIVE Cocktails!

Singapore is home to an incredible diversity of food and culture. Today I am taking you for 3 completely different preparations of duck! First off Sri Lankan at the exciting restaurant Kotuwa, where we will sample their Jaffna Red Curry Duck. After that, its off to Michelin Star restaurant Summer Pavilion. We try a range of Cantonese dishes with the highlight being the tea-smoked duck. Finally, for our third duck dish of the episode, its off to the Malayan Council for their Chili Padi Duck Lemak pasta.

Singapores amazing talents dont end at its food scene. The cocktail scene in Singapore is also exploding with new and innovative bars popping up across the island while still retaining its rich heritage. We will be trying the original Singapore Sling at the Raffles Hotel Long Bar before trying the innovative drinks at the hidden speakeasy Sago House.
