Sindhi cuisine is so yummy. If you like to have a balanced meal, Sindhi Thali would be an ideal choice. I have shown in this video how to make individual dishes and finally how to assemble the rice, rotis, hara chutney, raita, bhindi basar sabzi, kadhi, tikhri, sanna pakora and lapsi halwa in a plate to make the Sindhi Thali. Try making this thali and I am sure that everyone at home will really enjoy it.

Ingredients:
(In the order of instructions)
LAPSI HALWA
1 Cup Lapsi/broken Wheat
3 tbsp Ghee
A handful of Cashew nuts
A handful of Raisins
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
2 cups hot water
1 cup grated Jaggery

BHINDI BASAR SABZI
4 tbsp Oil
250 gms chopped Bhindi
1 tsp Jeera/Cumin
2 Green Chillies
2 Onions
Salt to taste
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Red Chilli powder

SINDHI KADHI
2 tbsp Oil
6-7 Bhindi
1 Potato
1/4 tsp Methi seeds
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin
1 tbsp chopped Ginger
Few Curry leaves
1/2 cup Besan
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
2.5 cups Water
2 Green Chillies
1 Tomato
1 Drumstick cut into pieces
A handful of Gavar/Cluster Beans
1/2 cup Tamarind water

SANNA PAKORA
1 cup Besan
1/2 tsp Ajwain
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
2 Green Chillies
1 Onion
1 Potato
1/2 cup Coriander leaves
Oil for deep frying

TIKHRI
Few leftover Rotis
Oil for deep frying
