1 big onion chopped
2 green chillies finely chopped
some fresh coriander
salt to taste
2 tsp dried fenugreek leaves crushed
1/8 tsp carrom seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp crushed pomogranate seeds
2 tsp clarified butter/ghee for cooking
