Simple Lunch Menu during lockdown | How to make simple Veg Thali | Indian Mom's Kitchen

Here is a simple lunch of rice, rotis, sabzi and curry that you can prepare at home during these days of lockdown when the availability of groceries is limited. In this video, I have shown how to prepare a simple Veg Thali with minimum ingredients that is not only healthy but also very tasty. So let's get started.

Ingredients in the order of instructions:
Rice as required for preparing steamed rice
Wheat atta as required for making Rotis

KASURI METHI ALOO:
3 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Ajwain/Carom seeds
4 Potatoes
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp Amchur powder
2 tsp Kasuri methi

RAJMA MASALA:
2 Tomatoes
3 Green Chillies
1 tsp Ginger paste
2 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Jeera/Cumin
1/4 tsp Hing
Salt to taste
1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/4 tsp Garam masala
1&1/2 Cups cooked Rajma
1 tsp Pav Bhaji masala
1 cup Water
Coriander leaves
Curd
Papad
Onions
Green Chutney
