Simple Lamb Stir Fry | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

This simple and quick lamb dish will be ready in no time and will be devoured in even less time! So go on and try this lamb stir fry!

SIMPLE LAMB STIR FRY

Ingredients

450 grams lamb, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons sesame oil
4-5 dried red chillies
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 celery stick, finely chopped
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Salt to taste
½ teaspoon sugar
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2-3 spring onion greens, finely chopped

Method

1. Heat sesame oil in a non-stick pan. Add torn dried red chillies and sauté till fragrant. Add garlic and sauté on high heat till golden. Add celery and sauté for a minute
2. Dissolve cornstarch in some water to make a smooth slurry.
3. Add lamb, toss to mix and cook till done. Add salt, sugar, crushed peppercorns and soy sauce, toss to mix and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add slurry and mix well. Add spring onion greens, switch off heat and toss to mix.
5. Serve hot.

Preparation Time: 5-8 minutes
Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes
