SIMPLE LAMB STIR FRYIngredients 450 grams lamb, thinly sliced2 tablespoons sesame oil4-5 dried red chillies1 tablespoon chopped garlic1 celery stick, finely chopped1 tablespoon cornstarchSalt to taste½ teaspoon sugarCrushed black peppercorns to taste1 tablespoon soy sauce2-3 spring onion greens, finely choppedMethod1. Heat sesame oil in a non-stick pan. Add torn dried red chillies and sauté till fragrant. Add garlic and sauté on high heat till golden. Add celery and sauté for a minute2. Dissolve cornstarch in some water to make a smooth slurry.3. Add lamb, toss to mix and cook till done. Add salt, sugar, crushed peppercorns and soy sauce, toss to mix and cook for 2 minutes.4.
