Simple & Healthy After School Snack

These easy homemade larabar is a great snack any time of year! Simply blend dates and cashews for your base. You can add anything you want to from here, but for this video we used chocolate chips!
8-10 pitted dates
1/2 cup raw cashews
1/4 cup chocolate chips.
Blend dates and cashews until well incorporated (in a food processor). This could take 4-5 minutes. Fold in chocolate chips and shape into bars. Keep in fridge until ready to eat.
Makes 6 larabars
