Todays menu is simple fried rice with hot pepper tuna.
In Korea, there are many kinds of canned tuna. Today I used the hot pepper flavor.
This is a super simple recipe any one can make. Its perfect when you dont feel like cooking.

* Ingredients (For 1 person)

1 bowl of steamed rice, 1 canned hot pepper tuna(gochu-chamchi), Diced radish kimchi(*optional)
topping(optional) : pepper, red pepper flakes, parsley

* Recipe

1. In a pan, coat with oil, add diced radish kimchi and hot pepper tuna and fry.

2. When the radish kimchi is cooked, add and fry rice.

3. Serve in a dish and top with fried egg, pepper, red pepper flakes and parsley. done!
