Simple Christmas Cake - Steamed pudding _ one Recipe For Steaming or Baking | Vahchef - VahRehVah

All Purpose Flour:- 250g
Butter - 250g
Eggs - 4
Sugar - 250g
Fruit jam - 1 tb spn
Cinnamon powder - pinch
Nutmeg powder - pinch
Cloves powder - pinch
Ginger powder - pinch

Assorted Dry Fruits Soaked in liquor or fruit Juice:- 250g
(Raisins, Almonds, Dates, Cashews, Sultanas, Tutti fruity, cherries, candied orange, kiwi, strawberries, plums)

Method:-
Cream sugar and butter together till it gets into a creamy structure, add egg one by one. Now add soaked dry fry in to this batter and mix it well. Sieve Flour and incorporate it into butter and sugar mixture. Now grease the baking pan with butter and flour. In a pressure cooker add water and put a cup/bowl so that the baking pan can sit on it, also remove it weight and gasket. Drop this cake mixture into the baking pan and steam it in the cooker for 45 minutes or till it’s cooked completely.
