A simple and easy home-made cake /bread from simple ingredients.this can be done using pressure cooker as well. Add 2 cups of salt and preheat the cooker for 20 minutes.place a stand on the salt .pour the batter in a wide pan and place it on the stand .in medium heat it may take 40 to 45 minutes for the cake to get done.re-use the salt only for baking.donot use the salt for cooking.
